We contracted with Rob to help HCS evaluate and select a healthcare information system to support our homecare business.
HCS provides many services to the community including home healthcare, hospice, nutrition programs linked to “Meals-on-Wheels”,
adult daycare services, and a local senior transportation service. Our agency also received a grant to deploy a telemonitoring
program.

HCS needed a methodology, scoring tools and a process to support the vendor selection process. Rob provided the tools and
support we needed to identify and select the best system for our diverse business needs. Following Rob’s methodology our
staff was able to complete our selection process within our defined budget and in a reasonable time frame. The scoring tools,
RFI, and comparison matrix provided the quantitative measures our team needed to stay on-track and clearly match our needs
with each product’s features. Rob’s coaching helped us ask questions that differentiated each solution.

Rob helped us save significant money during the contract phase and wrote policies and procedures to support aspects of HCS’
implementation.

We were very pleased with consulting services Rob provided. The savings HCS received through Rob’s guidance and negotiating
suggestions eclipsed the consulting fees HCS paid for his services.

AgeWell Home Care has had the pleasure of working with Mr. Rossi for over 2 years and recommend
him as an excellent healthcare technology consultant.

Mr. Rossi has helped AgeWell with a variety of technology solutions. For example, Mr. Rossi’s
directed his web development team build both the AgeWell Home Care and Housing Solutions web sites.
After Launching these sites he added important web tools and functionality. These tools enabled
our site visitors to subscribe to our mailing list, perform home care needs assessments, educated
site visitors on how to choose a care provider, and communicate their specific needs for senior housing.
To guide future enhancements, Mr. Rossi implemented Google Analytics across all of our sites to
report web traffic and site visitor information.

Mr. Rossi also created a secure, HIPAA compliant, Internet-based client portal that connects
the AgeWell care team with the client and family. Internally, he has implemented Internet based
video conferencing allowing our remote sites to attend meetings and perform online training
without requiring these employees to travel.

AgeWell manages client satisfaction through a customer survey solution Mr. Rossi built and implemented.
He has worked to improve integration between our telephony IVR system and our back-office
information system. As AgeWell continues to grow Mr. Rossi has identified two possible health
care information systems to evaluate for future needs.

As AgeWell continues to improve client care, Mr. Rossi helped shape our Life Care Management
program. His work with our internal team and vision for the eventual IT system implementation has
helped position AgeWell as a leader in senior care.
